When Chelsea was studying for her final exams at the age of 15 she had already started to put an idea together to supply Bequia with Fresh Organic Free Range Eggs which began with the purchase of 36 day old chicks.

It was with this idea that she launched "Chelsea's Chicks" and with a few years "under her wing" her "eggcellent" idea now provides restaurants, bars, homes and villas on Bequia with the freshest of fresh eggs.

Creating a buzz in Bequia

In preparation for 2020, Chelsea got the "buzz" to introduce the sweet taste of honey to Bequia. Chelsea is preparing to launch her new project "Chelsea's Honey". A year has past and now with 3 hires Chelsea is hoping for a hefty honey harvest very soon. and she can admit to collecting a number of stings along the way.

Chelsea's Honey will be available in 4 different forms:-
1. Chelsea's Honey by the ounce for chelsea's honey pot customers
2. Chelsea's bottled honey
3. Chelsea's Coned honey in jars
4. Chelsea's Ross Rounds

This will be ready to take off at the beginning of 2021 and soon be providing Bequia with local honey from her own bee hives on the hillside of Friendship Bay.
